Information for Resettlement Services Providers

Please note: not all self-funded travel (also known as walk-in) clients are served by VR&P. The following walk-in cases should receive services from an in-person Reception & Placement program: Iraqi SIV holders, cases with a child who traveled to the US without their biological parent, and cases with complex medical needs. In-person R&P programs should review and submit these cases for benefits approval according to their agency's established policies.
